SwiftRide began as a single-city courier service taking bookings by phone. The dispatch board was a whiteboard and the payout ledger was an envelope of receipts, which worked until the second city opened and the whiteboard stopped scaling.
The platform now runs dispatch, driver onboarding, live tracking, billing and weekly payouts as one system. Cities are switched on by adding coverage zones and inviting drivers, not by hiring another operations team.

Support that answers
A live human on the trip record within minutes, not a ticket in a queue.
