Flowstack came out of an internal tool. A product team of eleven kept rebuilding the same view of their roadmap in three different places, so they wrote one workspace that could hold the plan, the work and the reporting together.
The product is still built that way: small team, short feedback loops, and a rule that anything shipped must remove work rather than add it. Every plan includes the full feature set — seats scale, features do not.
